Karen Bagnard is a California artist who is largly self-taught. She has a line of frameable art greeting cards which have sold nationally for nearly 34 years and about 10 years in the UK. She has been a resident of Altadena for nearly all her life and learned to speak Danish here. One of her many murals is housed in the narthex of Altadena Community Church. Through vision loss she continues her love affair with lines and continues to create art. Braille Institute will be featuring her art on their holiday card in 2022.
